Returns & Refunds

• Physical Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellomochiplanz@gmail.com Provide your order details and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and guide you through the return or refund process.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

• Special Orders or Personalized Items: Products customized with names, designs, or other personalizations are non-refundable.

• Digital Products: Digital planners or downloadable products cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

No Exchanges
